Special Sprouts Farm Stand will be set up at the Central Park Farmer's Market this Saturday, April 29th from 9-11.
"Special Sprouts Farm Stand is a classroom project launched in the spring of 2021 by the teachers and students of the Hannibal Middle School IBI program for autistic students.
Our students, with the help of teachers, grow all of our plants and produce right inside our classroom or in our outdoor garden beds. Not only are our students learning how to care for plants and grow their own food, but they are also learning valuable job skills and gaining the experience of being active members of the community.
All proceeds from our farm stand go directly back into resources for the classroom classroom.
