Join Our Team as a Substitute Teacher!

*Pay Rate $120.00 / day

The Hannibal School District partners with ESS to manage our substitute staffing program.  ESS is now hiring, training and placing substitutes teachers, and substitute paraprofessionals at HPS.   These positions (and others) are vital to allow the Hannibal School District to provide a high quality in-person learning experience for their students. 

Substitute Teacher:

• No college is required.  You qualify to apply for substitute certification if you have 36 hours of college credit OR take a short, 20-hour online course.
• Must have, or be willing to obtain, MO state certificate or MO state substitute certificate.
• Ability to clear background checks.
